These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) set forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the FrigoLink.eu website (“Website” or “Service”) and any of its related products and services (collectively, “Services”).

This Agreement is legally binding between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and FrigoLink (“FrigoLink”, “we”, “us” or “our”). You may not assign or transfer your rights under this Agreement without our written consent. FrigoLink may assign its rights and obligations without restriction.


Changes and amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
